CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 HOURS prior to the START of your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules communicated or made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total services booked.
No Shows for appointments will result in a fee 100% of the total services booked.
Cancellations or reschedules made 3 hours or less prior to that start time of scheduled service will be considered a No-Show
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 6 days and 3 days in advance by both SMS and email to the contact information given at booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
All cancellations my be made by the client.
Changing Services Day Of
I aim to be the most accommodating that I can to clients, however, removing scheduled services/changing of scheduled services need to be communicated 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so allows no time to fill the space booked off for your original service, and will result in a charge equal to the cost of the original service.
