Richie has been behind the chair for more than a decade, and he still approaches every appointment the same way: carefully, and with a plan. He's known for Great Lengths extensions, bright blondes, and dimensional colour, but what ties it all together is healthy hair that grows out well and still looks good long after you leave.
He's also an educator. Richie teaches extensions across Canada for Great Lengths and has worked with several other brands, so he spends a lot of time in salons helping other teams with their extension work. That background shows in how precise he is, and in how easily he can explain what he's doing and why.
Every service starts with a proper consultation. He wants to understand your hair, your routine, and what you're hoping for, and then he chooses the colour placement, extension method, or cut that suits you. Plenty of his clients have been with him for years and trust him enough to let him make the calls.

Richie's pace doesn't slow down much. He's often at a concert, catching a flight for work, or planning a trip to Mexico with friends. When it's time to reset, it's slow mornings in Toronto, a good martini, and time at home with his family and his number one, Chloe, his French bulldog.
